Weighin today yielded 1.2 more lbs for a total of 6 lbs in two weeks. I feel good about this past week. I stayed mostly on plan, tracked everything, and got in my activity almost everyday. I feel like that number for today might have been higher if not for the bloat I have had going on since last night. I’m making progress and that is what is important. I did a 2 mile walk in less than 40 minutes so my pace has improved over last week and I hit my 10,000 steps goal for the day. Onward!
