Did a little over 3 miles in an hour on the treadmill this afternoon and my muscles and joints are protesting tonight.
I am still working towards hitting 10k steps everyday. Right now I am managing to get there 2-3 days each week. I have a long way to go toward this goal and making it a daily routine but I feel good about my progress. I made it today and I am going to work towards a streak over the next three days before my next weighin on Tuesday. The weather is supposed to get crappy so will have to make time to go to the gym. I can do this.
